Is this available in my area?

SparroWell is currently licensed to provide services in 43 states and are happy to get the credentials as well as licenses needed to expand into other locations if needed.

Does Medicare pay for these services?

Yes, so do most Medicare Advantage and other supplemental plans. Our wellness services are approved by most major payors for patients having chronic diseases.

Can you use our EHR?

We leverage whatever is available in order to deliver the highest quality of work possible. This includes using our system, your EHR, as well as third-party sources.

What are the limitations?

In order for your patients to qualify, your patient population must be eligible for Medicare. We provide the tools that you need to be successful for the program.
