Are your nurses licensed for my area?

We are currently licensed to provide care management services in 45 states and are happy to get the credentials/licenses needed to expand into other locations if needed.

Does Medicare pay for these services?

Yep, so do most Medicare Advantage and other supplemental plans. Our care management services are approved by most major payors for patients having chronic diseases.

Do you use our EHR or yours?

We leverage whatever is available in order to deliver the highest quality of work possible. This includes using our system, your EHR, as well as third-party sources.

Are there copays for patients?

During the consent process, we explain to patients that there may be copays or other out of pocket expenses. These amounts, if required, may vary based on the payor.
